I had a heap of trouble finding a technician to come and fix our treadmill but as soon as I contacted Nate, he came out promptly and identified the problem. He went above and beyond to contact the company we purchased it through (this company was also awesome) and organised the parts and repairs under the warranty. Nate has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. His friendly, fast and professional service has been a highlight not to mention that his communication is timely and spot on.
